Sales numbers have been slowly increasing over the past few months. However, prices are not improving yet. This may be the result of a higher than normal inventory of homes for sale in Palm Cove.
I remain optimistic that sales will improve as New Wave Realty continues to agressively market our neighborhood to potential buyers.
