This feature is to allow residents to advertise items for sale.   You can even upload a photo of the item.  Ads will NOT be shown on the Public page unless you check the box to allow display on the Public site.  There is no charge (FREE) for services offered by children or for selling your own personal items.  Additional categories can be added.  If you would like to place an ad for resident business (for profit) related items/services, contact the web administrator for costs- SaraCrombie@comcast.net.  Payment will help defray the cost of this website.  No ads, at this time, will be accepted for non-resident businesses.

Boat slips certificates may be transferred only to Palm Cove property owners.
