According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of the Realtor Association of Martin County and Martin County's public records, the following home sales activity occurred in Palm Cove Golf & Yacht Club in April of 2025.  

Eleven (11) homes are for sale in Palm Cove, down two (2) from last month.  Six (6) homes were for sale during the same period last year.  Two (2) homes are for rent, unchanged from last month.  

There are three (3) homes under contract in Palm Cove.  Three (3) homes have sold in Palm Cove year to date, compared to three (3) home sales in the same period last year.

Closed Home Sales for the month were 173, up from 154 the previous month, and down 8% from 188 during the same period the prior year.

Cash Sales for the month were 100 up from 80 the previous month, and up 14.9% from 87 the prior year.

Median Sale Price for the month was $590,000, down from $649,950 the previous month and up 2.6% from $575,000 the prior year.

Average Sale Price for the month was $1,039,095, down from $1,240,577 the previous month, and up 28.9% from $827,767 the prior year.

Median Time to Contract for the month was 41 days, up from 40 days the previous month, and up 5.1% from 39 days the prior year.

Inventory (Active Listings) for the month was 1,005, up from 969 the previous month, and up 45.4% from 691 listings for the same period last year.
