2009/2010 GOLF MEMBERSHIPS
I have been asked by the Palm Cove HOA Board to send an e-mail to all residents concerning golf memberships at Palm Cove and Evergreen. As we all know, Palm Cove has been purchased by Tom O�Malley, as well as The Evergreen Club, which is private. There are several membership possibilities available. The details are as follows, and I am requesting that each interested household decide on a choice below. I may be reached at (772) 781-3822 for any questions, and my address is 81 SW Palm Cove Drive. I have been in touch with the General Manager of both courses, Rick Zipsir, and the following is a result of those conversations:
OPTION NO. 1
PALM COVE MEMBERSHIP ONLY (40-member minimum) -
� Family/Single Membership - $3,200. plus $800. trail fee, for those with a cart. Additional $800. for those without a cart. Please note same price for Family or Individual.
OPTION NO. 2
EVERGREEN MEMBERSHIP ONLY �
� Family - $3,500. plus $1,900. trail fee, or $21.00 daily cart fee in lieu of trail fee.
� Single - $3,200 plus $1,600. trail fee, or $21.00 daily cart fee in lieu of trail fee.
� Trail fee can be paid on a quarterly basis.
OPTION NO. 3
EVERGREEN/PALM COVE DUAL MEMBERSHIP �
� Add $600. (Family) or $400. (Single) to the above prices in Option No. 2 to play unlimited golf at both courses. Golfers without carts - $10. per person daily cart fee.
� Options 1, 2 and 3 do not include tax.
OPTION NO. 4
PAY AND PLAY �
� Daily rate fees are applicable at Palm Cove, and as of now are unknown. No play at Evergreen on a daily rate basis, unless invited as a guest.
