This is the Amended and Restated Declaration Club and Marina Plan for Palm Cove Golf & Yacht Club, recorded in Martin County 10/19/2005. Marina plan starts on page 34.
It is very long and each page has to be opened by highlighting a page number and clicking on 'Get Image'. I don't believe we will be getting a hard copy from Toll Brothers, but they will be posting the plan on a more user-friendly web site in the future. I am providing this as a service to you.
